The old house in C/Aljub woke from its 20-year slumber on June 23 and is now offering guests extraordinary tapas, appetizers and main course dishes as well as children's menus. Internationally known chef Frank Jöster has been indulging guests with startling and surprising creations since opening.
The Anoa menu reads like a culinary journey, indulging the tastes of gourmets and all those who place high value on the fresh and attentive preparation of food with no compromises. The menu changes according to the seasons although, even after the first few weeks, some classics have emerged:
Fish soup with saffron; breast of corn-fed poulard seasoned with chorizo on a bed of Mediterranean, stewed vegetables; naturally, the fried beef liver with stewed onions and apples.
The Anoa team is as international as its menu and would like to create a special experience for its guests every time. Prices are very fairly calculated so that Anoa is affordable for families as well.
